Returns

We accept returns for products when notified within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened, unused and all seals are intact.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@asiameurope.co.uk who will resolve this issue for you.(Please make sure you include order details and photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible).
